Acceptable Use Policy.

Rules regarding permitted and prohibited use of INNOVAPPSOFT LLC platforms.

Responsible, safe, and lawful use of the ecosystem.

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the conduct rules applicable to the use of KeyCard BBM, KeyPay, KeyCoin, KeyStore, P2P operations, top-ups, digital products, and any other service operated by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

Permitted use

Users may use the platform only for personal, legitimate, and permitted purposes authorized by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

This includes enabled features such as account management, KeyCoin use, KeyStore purchases, top-ups, internal transfers, P2P operations, and other available services within the ecosystem.

Users must use the platform in accordance with applicable law, the Terms and Conditions, the AML/CTF Policy, the KeyCoin Policy, the P2P Policy, the Refunds Policy, and any other policy published by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unauthorized, or security-risk activities.

This includes fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, promotion abuse, impersonation, transaction manipulation, third-party account use, sale or transfer of accounts, document falsification, or any unlawful conduct.

It is also prohibited to use the platform to hide the origin or destination of funds, structure transactions to evade controls, operate on behalf of third parties without authorization, or deceive users, providers, or internal systems.

Fraud, abuse, and manipulation

Creating, using, or coordinating multiple accounts to deceive, evade limits, manipulate rates, simulate operations, obtain improper benefits, or alter reputation within the system is not allowed.

It is prohibited to manipulate receipts, submit false evidence, alter screenshots, deny legitimate payments, abuse chargebacks, request fraudulent refunds, or attempt to obtain products or services without valid payment.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, calculation issues, promotions, limits, prices, validations, or vulnerabilities may result in restriction, suspension, account closure, and balance holds.

Prohibited technical activity

It is prohibited to attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, endpoints, servers, databases, admin panels, or private areas of INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

Abusive scraping, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attacks, unauthorized automation, API abuse, code injection, request manipulation, limit evasion, reverse engineering, or interference with normal service operation is not allowed.

It is also prohibited to introduce malware, malicious scripts, bots, exploit tools, abusive automated traffic, or any mechanism that degrades, interrupts, or compromises platform security.

VPNs, proxies, and anonymization

The use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, anonymous networks, data center IPs, IP-hiding services, manipulated devices, or any mechanism intended to hide, falsify, or modify the user’s real location, technical identity, or origin is prohibited.

The use or attempted use of these tools may trigger automatic blocks, manual review, feature limitations, transaction rejection, temporary holds, account suspension, or account closure.

Frequent IP changes, access from inconsistent locations, anonymization patterns, or technical signs of evasion may be treated as risk activity.

Content, communications, and conduct

Users must not use the platform to publish, send, or transmit offensive, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, defamatory, abusive, or third-party-rights-violating content.

Harassing, threatening, extorting, pressuring, deceiving, or manipulating other users is prohibited, especially within P2P operations, disputes, chats, receipts, or review processes.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may limit communications, hide content, suspend features, or take action when abusive, unsafe, or policy-violating conduct is detected.

Use of external services

When users interact with integrated external services, such as payment processors, KYC providers, top-up providers, gift cards, crypto assets, APIs, or similar third parties, they must also comply with their rules, policies, and requirements.

It is prohibited to use external providers to evade internal controls, hide the origin of funds, generate fraudulent payments, perform abusive chargebacks, or manipulate operations within the platform.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may block or review operations related to external services if risk, violation, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity indicators are detected.

Measures for violations

Violation of this policy may result in warnings, feature limitations, operation blocking, temporary balance holds, account suspension, permanent closure, loss of access, or additional measures where appropriate.

We may also cancel operations, restrict payment methods, block P2P access, limit KeyCoin use, reject purchases, or hold funds during security or compliance reviews.

Measures may be applied without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform, users, external providers, legal compliance, or ecosystem security.

Updates to this policy

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to adapt it to legal, operational, technical, security, compliance, or risk changes.

Changes take effect once published or from the moment indicated by the platform.

Continued use of the services after an update is published means acceptance of the current version.
