This KeyCoin Policy describes the nature, use, acquisition, restrictions, limits, holds, and conditions applicable to KeyCoin within KeyCard BBM, KeyPay, and KeyStore.
KeyCoin is an internal digital balance issued by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC for exclusive use within its platforms.
KeyCoin is not fiat money, not a bank deposit, does not generate interest, is not insured by any financial entity, and does not represent value outside the INNOVAPPSOFT LLC ecosystem.
KeyCoin is not an investment, does not guarantee profits, and must not be interpreted as a financial instrument, security, or banking product.
Users may acquire KeyCoin through methods enabled by the platform, including external payments, Apple Pay, Zelle, cryptocurrency conversion, or other authorized methods.
Method availability may vary by country, provider, verification level, detected risk, or internal requirements.
All conversions are considered final once completed, except in cases of verified technical error or express decision by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.
KeyCoin may be used for KeyStore purchases, top-ups, internal transfers, P2P operations, and other services enabled by the platform.
Users are responsible for verifying amounts, recipients, products, phone numbers, P2P offers, and any data before confirming an operation.
A completed KeyCoin operation may be considered final and irreversible.
KeyCoin cannot be withdrawn outside the platform unless INNOVAPPSOFT LLC expressly enables that feature.
It cannot be used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, promotion abuse, unauthorized triangulation, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
Its use is subject to monitoring, limits, AML/CTF controls, KYC verification, and risk review.
KeyCoin balance is non-refundable except in cases of verified technical error, validated double charge, service not delivered due to internal failure, or express decision by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.
Purchases of digital products, gift cards, top-ups, internal transfers, and services delivered using KeyCoin are considered final.
User errors, incorrect data, or change of mind do not create an automatic right to a refund.
INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may hold, freeze, limit, or block all or part of a KeyCoin balance when there is suspicion of fraud, AML/CTF risk, policy violation, dispute, chargeback, legal requirement, or external provider review.
These measures may be applied without prior notice and remain in place for as long as necessary to complete internal reviews, external validations, or legal processes.
If an account is closed for violation, fraud, false information, control evasion, or prohibited activity, the user may lose full or partial access to KeyCoin balance.
Balance availability will depend on internal policies, applicable law, review results, and obligations to third parties or authorities.
INNOVAPPSOFT LLC reserves the right to modify the operation, availability, limits, uses, acquisition methods, restrictions, or conditions of KeyCoin at any time.
Changes take effect once published or from the moment indicated by the platform.
