Who operates each part

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC operates KeyCard BBM, KeyPay, KeyCoin, and KeyStore, including the interface, user account, internal debit, records, and first-line support.

Third-party services are provided by independent providers. No provider owns KeyPay or forms part of INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

The commercial integration does not create a joint venture, agency, employment relationship, or authority for one company to assume obligations for another, except under an applicable written agreement.

Services supplied by providers

Depending on availability and configuration, we use external services for payments, international top-ups, eSIMs, withdrawals, gift cards, and virtual numbers.

Providers or their subprocessors may supply catalog, wholesale price, inventory, networks, carriers, issuers, digital codes, eSIM profiles, numbers, withdrawal processing, and fulfillment status.

Other KeyStore products may be operated directly by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC or by other providers identified in the applicable flow.

Catalog, price, and availability

Catalogs, countries, coverage, carriers, brands, amounts, fees, inventory, and availability are dynamic and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

The price shown before confirmation is the price applicable to the order at that time. If it changes or the offer becomes unavailable before processing, the order may be rejected or require new confirmation.

A delivery estimate is not a guarantee. Pending, processing, or under-review statuses do not mean final delivery.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC responsibilities

We are responsible for reasonably operating the KeyPay components under our control, protecting the account under our policies, recording the debit, and presenting the status received from the provider.

We receive first-line support requests, investigate available records, and work with the provider on incidents requiring reconciliation.

When verifiable status confirms a duplicate charge, failure attributable to our platform, or refundable non-delivery, we will apply the adjustment due under the policy and applicable law.

External provider responsibilities

Providers and their networks, carriers, issuers, or subprocessors control external fulfillment, reviews, availability, codes, profiles, numbers, withdrawals, and technical responses.

Their decisions may be subject to their own terms, privacy, KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions, limits, maintenance, and legal requirements.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC cannot guarantee independent-system decisions or timing, but will communicate available status and handle reasonable reviews through KeyPay.

User obligations

Before confirming, users must verify product, price, country, carrier, number, recipient, network, address, brand, redemption region, compatibility, and any displayed restriction.

For eSIM, confirm the device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. For withdrawals, verify asset, network, and address. For gift cards, verify country, currency, and redemption account.

Users must protect codes, QR data, PINs, ICCIDs, assigned numbers, and credentials. Disclosure, loss, redemption, or third-party use may prevent reversal.

Data sharing

We share with providers only data reasonably necessary to quote, create, fulfill, verify, reconcile, and support an order.

Depending on the product, this may include country, offer, amount, recipient number, withdrawal network or address, transaction identifiers, language, and technical security signals.

Product-specific limits

Top-ups accepted by the carrier are generally irreversible. Revealed or delivered gift cards are final digital products. Issued eSIM profiles should not be deleted and require a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone.

Virtual numbers do not guarantee compatibility with every service or receipt of every SMS or call. Network-confirmed withdrawals cannot be reversed due to incorrect user-entered details.

Limitations and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for systems and obligations within its reasonable control. We do not guarantee continuous availability or outcomes from independent networks, carriers, issuers, or providers.

Nothing is intended to exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, data-protection obligations, or consumer rights that mandatory law does not allow to be limited.

If a limitation is invalid in a jurisdiction, it applies only to the maximum permitted extent without affecting the rest of this policy.

Third-party names, trademarks, and logos

Trade names, trademarks, logos, images, and other identifying elements of gift cards, mobile carriers, networks, issuers, manufacturers, platforms, and providers belong to their respective owners.

We may display them solely for descriptive, informational, and product-identification purposes, including compatibility, carrier, network, or available-service identification. Their appearance does not transfer intellectual-property rights or imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, association, or affiliation with INNOVAPPSOFT LLC, KeyPay, or KeyStore unless expressly stated in writing.

We do not claim rights in third-party marks. Use of a name or logo does not modify the owner’s or issuer’s terms, restrictions, redemption region, or policies. A rights holder who believes material is being used improperly may contact support for review and removal where appropriate.

Each provider’s own terms and privacy notices may apply to the corresponding service and will be shown when necessary.

Questions about purchases made through KeyPay should begin with official KeyPay support so we can locate the order and coordinate with the provider.

We may update this policy when providers, products, laws, or processes change. The current version is published on this page.
