Regulatory Status & Registration

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC submitted an initial registration as a Money Services Business through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, commonly known as FinCEN.

FinCEN acknowledged the filing and assigned BSA ID 31000338190119.

KeyPay is a service operated by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC. The company is responsible for maintaining its registration and complying with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services it provides.

Registration with FinCEN is not a banking charter, state money-transmitter license, certification of legitimacy, recommendation, or endorsement by FinCEN, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any other government agency.

Compliance Commitment

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC is committed to operating KeyPay in accordance with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to its services.

Our compliance framework is intended to address, as applicable:

• Anti-money laundering and financial-crime risks;
• Customer identity and account verification;
• Fraud prevention;
• Sanctions and prohibited-transaction risks;
• Transaction and account reviews;
• Recordkeeping and regulatory reporting;
• Cooperation with lawful regulatory and law-enforcement requests.

The controls applied to a customer or transaction may vary depending on the service, amount, location, payment method, transaction history, and associated risk.

Customer Identification & Verification

Depending on the service requested and the associated risk, KeyPay may require customers to provide:

• Legal name and contact information;
• Date of birth and residential address;
• Government-issued identification;
• A selfie or other proof of identity;
• Information regarding the purpose of a transaction;
• Information regarding the source of funds;
• Additional supporting documentation.

Access to certain KeyPay services may be restricted, delayed, suspended, or denied until the required verification or review has been completed.

Providing false, incomplete, altered, or misleading information may result in the rejection of a transaction or restriction of an account.

Sanctions & Prohibited Activity

KeyPay may not be used to facilitate:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, or unauthorized transactions;
• Sanctions evasion;
• Transactions involving prohibited persons or entities;
• The purchase or sale of illegal goods or services;
• Transactions prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempts to conceal the origin, destination, ownership, or purpose of funds.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC reserves the right to review, restrict, reject, delay, suspend, or terminate accounts and transactions when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect customers and financial partners, or enforce company policies.

Transaction Review & Recordkeeping

KeyPay may review account and transaction activity to identify fraud, unauthorized use, unusual patterns, policy violations, or activity that may require further compliance review.

Customers may be asked to provide additional information or documentation before a transaction is completed.

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC retains records in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and operational requirements.

Where legally required, relevant activity may be reported to the appropriate government authority. Information relating to regulatory reports is handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.

Data Protection & Account Security

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC applies administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer and transaction information.

Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational, security, legal, or compliance need.

Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials, authentication methods, devices, and account-access information.

Regulatory & Law-Enforcement Requests

INNOVAPPSOFT LLC responds to valid legal process and lawful requests from regulators and law-enforcement authorities, subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, and data-protection requirements.
