  1. Acceptance and use of the service

    By using KeyCard BBM, KeyCoin, KeyStore, or any related service, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

    This site and its services are operated by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

    By using our services, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence, that you provide truthful, complete, and updated information, and that you will not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

    You are responsible for all activity performed from your account, including operations, access, purchases, balance use, settings, and any action performed with your credentials or devices.

  2. Nature of the service: KeyCard BBM and KeyCoin

    KeyCard BBM is the ecosystem where users manage their account and buy digital products and services on KeyStore using the internal KeyCoin (KC) unit.

    KeyCoin is not fiat money, is not a bank deposit, does not generate interest, is not insured by any financial entity, and is not an investment or a security.

    KeyCoin is not transferable outside the platform except through features expressly authorized by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

    Use of KeyCoin is subject to internal rules, limits, availability, AML/CTF controls, risk monitoring, KYC review, and specific KeyCoin policies.

    KeyCoin (KC) is an internal purchase unit exclusive to KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem. KeyCoin is not legal tender, is not fiat money, is not a bank deposit, does not generate interest, is not insured by any financial entity and is not accepted by third parties outside the ecosystem. Balances are not insured by the FDIC or any public agency, and are not issued or backed by the United States Government.

    Reference value for purchases: 1 KC = 1 USD. KC are used to obtain products and services on KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem. When a purchase is completed, the KC used are deducted from the balance and permanently consumed (burned); they are not reused or circulated as a medium of exchange between users or third parties.

    KeyCoin is used only for purchases on KeyStore. It is not used as a currency for exchange, is not traded in external markets, does not earn returns or interest and does not appreciate in value. KC transfers between users and withdrawals of KC outside the ecosystem are not enabled.

    The only enabled top-up methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cryptocurrencies, subject to availability, verification, risk controls and provider terms. Top-ups through other methods are not accepted.

  3. Accounts and security

    The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account, credentials, devices, sessions, and authentication methods.

    We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, limit features, request additional information, restrict access, or block operations when there is suspicion of fraud, policy violation, security risk, unusual activity, legal requirement, or a need to protect the ecosystem.

    These measures may be applied without prior notice when necessary to protect users, external providers, the platform, or to comply with legal and security obligations.

  4. AML, fraud, and compliance

    We apply measures to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, service abuse, and misuse of the platform.

    We may monitor activity and operations, assess user risk, review devices, block suspicious operations, request additional verification, apply limits, hold balance during investigations, and take internal compliance measures.

    Risk, security, and compliance decisions will be made based on internal records, risk signals, available evidence, applicable policies, external providers, and legal obligations.

    If the platform enables features in the future that may involve transmission of value or virtual assets, they will be operated only to the extent permitted by applicable law and may be subject to verification, limits, compliance review, and regulated providers.

  5. KYC verification

    We may require identity verification at any time, before or after enabling features, processing operations, or releasing balance.

    The user agrees to provide valid documentation, truthful information, and complete checks through authorized external providers, such as Didit or similar services.

    Failure to verify, or providing false, incomplete, altered, inconsistent, or unverifiable information, may result in restrictions, suspension, temporary balance holds, rejection of operations, or account closure.

  6. Future features

    KeyCoin is used exclusively for purchases on KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem; it is not used as a medium of exchange between users or outside the ecosystem.

  7. External providers and payment methods

    We use external providers to process or supply certain features. In particular, international top-ups, eSIMs, gift cards, and virtual numbers available through KeyCard BBM or KeyStore may be supplied, processed, or fulfilled through independent providers and their APIs, depending on the product and availability.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC operates the KeyCard BBM/KeyStore interface, account relationship, internal debit, and first-line support. Independent providers supply product infrastructure or fulfillment; neither party controls the other party’s decisions, networks, carriers, issuers, or subcontractors.

    We do not store complete card information when a balance top-up or a purchase is paid by card through certified external providers.

    External providers may have their own policies, terms, reviews, limits, processing times, rejections, holds, and compliance requirements.

    Names, trademarks, logos, and images of gift cards, carriers, networks, issuers, manufacturers, platforms, or providers belong to their respective owners. They are displayed only to describe or identify products and compatibility; we claim no ownership in them, and their display does not imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, association, or affiliation unless expressly stated in writing.

    The user acknowledges that catalogs, coverage, price, inventory, timing, fees, and availability may change before confirmation. The operation will use the price and status finally confirmed by the system.

    Issues attributable solely to networks, carriers, issuers, blockchains, or independent providers will be handled according to the verifiable order status and applicable policies. This does not exclude INNOVAPPSOFT LLC’s own obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

    The identity and scope of applicable providers are described in our External Providers Policy. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

  8. Digital products, top-ups, and services

    KeyStore purchases, digital products, gift cards, access credentials, codes, eSIMs, virtual numbers, activated services, and mobile top-ups are considered final once processed, allocated, revealed, activated, or delivered, except for verified error, duplicate charge, confirmed non-delivery, or a mandatory legal right.

    Mobile top-ups are not reversible once correctly processed.

    Gift cards, digital codes, access credentials, and delivered products are not refundable due to change of mind, user error, partial use, loss, delivery to third parties, or incorrect data entered by the user.

    Before buying an eSIM, the user must confirm that the device is compatible and carrier-unlocked. Once an activation profile is issued, no refund is guaranteed for device incompatibility, carrier lock, incorrect installation, profile deletion, or lack of coverage beyond the described scope.

    Virtual numbers depend on external carriers. We do not guarantee acceptance by every website, receipt of every SMS or call, or continued assignment after the purchased term.

    KeyCoin is used exclusively for purchases on KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem; it is not used as a medium of exchange between users or outside the ecosystem.

  9. Refunds

    Refunds may only be reviewed in cases of verified technical error, validated double charge, internal service failure, or product not delivered due to system error.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC will evaluate each case individually based on evidence, internal records, external provider information, account history, risk, and applicable policies.

    Refund approval is not automatic. The applicable policy is displayed before or during the purchase flow and does not limit rights granted by mandatory law.

  10. Balance holds and freezing

    We reserve the right to hold or freeze KeyCoin balance, limit account access, block operations, or restrict features when there is suspicious activity, fraud, chargeback, legal requirement, policy violation, AML/CTF review, or risk to the platform.

    A hold or freeze may be applied without prior notice and remain in place for as long as necessary to complete internal reviews, third-party processes, investigations, identity validations, risk analysis, or legal compliance.

    Closing or suspending an account does not necessarily mean immediate release of balances if there are disputes, investigations, legal obligations, chargebacks, fraud, or pending reviews.

  11. Fraud, abuse, and sanctions

    Any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, illegal, or policy-violating activity may result in permanent account closure, loss of access, balance holds, reversal of operations when possible, feature blocking, and additional measures.

    It is prohibited to use the platform for fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, promotion abuse, impersonation, third-party account use, transaction manipulation, document falsification, or any illegal activity.

    We may also report or share information with external providers, authorized entities, or competent authorities when required by law or when there are reasonable signs of illegal activity.

  12. International sanctions and restricted jurisdictions

    We comply with controls related to economic sanctions, international restrictions, security, and applicable legal obligations.

    The Platform may not be used to conduct, facilitate, or attempt transactions prohibited by applicable United States sanctions laws. This includes prohibited transactions with blocked persons or entities included on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), or with entities included on the Cuba Restricted List.

    Transactions related to Cuba may be processed only when authorized or exempt under applicable regulations and when they do not involve blocked persons, restricted entities, or prohibited transactions.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may review, reject, hold, block, or report transactions when necessary to comply with the law, provider restrictions, or its internal compliance procedures.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC is a private and independent company operating from the United States. It does not represent or act on behalf of the Cuban Government or any Cuban state entity.

    Access to or use of the service may be restricted in certain jurisdictions according to applicable laws, external providers, geolocation, regulatory risk, user behavior, or internal compliance criteria.

    We reserve the right to limit, block, reject, or review operations based on location, country, IP, identity, behavior, jurisdiction, sanctions, risk lists, or external provider signals.

  13. Prohibited use of VPNs, proxies, and anonymization

    The use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, anonymous networks, IP-hiding services, data center IPs, manipulated connections, modified devices, or any mechanism intended to hide, falsify, or modify the user’s location, technical identity, true origin, or behavior is prohibited.

    The use or attempted use of these tools may result in restrictions, account review, operation blocking, service suspension, temporary holds, account closure, or transaction rejection.

    Frequent IP changes, access from inconsistent locations, abuse-reported IPs, patterns associated with anonymization, or attempts to evade security controls may also be considered risk signals.

  14. Limitation of liability

    We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, compatible with all devices, or free of technical failures.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages caused exclusively by user error, misuse, force majeure, external networks, carriers, issuers, blockchains, or independent providers beyond our reasonable control.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC remains responsible for its own legal obligations, for security and functionality within its reasonable control, and for applying any balance adjustment or refund due when verifiable status confirms a duplicate charge, a failure attributable to our platform, or refundable non-delivery.

    The user must carefully review recipient, number, country, network, product, compatibility, regional restrictions, price, and amount before confirming. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  15. Service termination

    We may terminate, suspend, or limit access to the platform at any time when there is a violation of these terms, security risk, suspicious activity, fraud, legal requirement, abuse, failure to verify, or operational reasons.

    The user may stop using the service at any time.

    Termination of service does not remove pending obligations, investigations, held balances, disputes, chargebacks, legal responsibilities, or information that must be retained for compliance, security, or applicable law.

  16. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, unless a mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

    The user accepts that any dispute will be evaluated according to these terms, the applicable platform policies, and the relevant law.

  17. Relationship with other policies

    These Terms and Conditions are complemented by the Privacy Policy, AML/CTF Policy, KeyCoin Policy, Refunds and Chargebacks Policy, Cookies Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Account Security Policy, and any other policy published by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC.

    In case of conflict between a specific policy and these general terms, INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may apply the more specific policy to the corresponding service or operation.

  18. Changes to the terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, technical, commercial, security, or compliance changes.

    Changes take effect once published or from the moment indicated by the platform.

    Continued use of the service after changes are published means acceptance of the current version.

  19. Blocked services

    Top-ups or deposits originating from services on our internal blocklist are not accepted. Top-ups or deposits identified as originating from these services will be permanently blocked under this policy.

    The list includes, among others, the services shown here. We recommend reviewing it periodically; INNOVAPPSOFT LLC will review and update it as appropriate. This is an internal list of prohibited services, not a statement that every service appears on an official sanctions list. Handling funds and reviewing incorrect matches remain subject to applicable law.
