The P2P system allows users to exchange value with each other through features enabled by the platform.
INNOVAPPSOFT LLC provides the technology infrastructure but does not guarantee external agreements between users or the truthfulness of all information provided by the parties.
Use of the P2P system is subject to this policy, the AML/CTF Policy, the KeyCoin Policy, and the platform Terms.
Each user is responsible for reviewing the conditions of each operation before accepting it.
Users must verify amount, rate, payment method, counterparty, required evidence, and any condition published in the offer.
Users assume the risks associated with P2P transactions, including errors, non-compliance, delays, disputes, external reversals, or fraud.
It is prohibited to use the P2P system for fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, impersonation, transaction manipulation, or use of multiple accounts to deceive.
It is also prohibited to falsify receipts, pressure other users, manipulate evidence, operate on behalf of third parties without authorization, or move the operation outside the official flow to evade controls.
INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may review P2P disputes at its discretion and request evidence, receipts, screenshots, history, references, or additional information.
Resolution in favor of any party is not guaranteed.
The final decision will be internal and based on available evidence, security, history, risk, platform rules, and ecosystem protection.
In cases of fraud, abuse, violation, manipulation, or suspicious activity, INNOVAPPSOFT LLC may suspend or close accounts, block funds, hold balance, reverse operations when possible, restrict P2P access, or limit features.
Measures may be temporary or permanent depending on the level of risk and severity of the case.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the P2P system, successful transactions, accuracy of user agreements, or absence of disputes.
The service may be paused, limited, or disabled due to maintenance, risk, regulatory changes, detected abuse, technical failures, or internal decisions.
All P2P operations may be monitored to prevent fraud, abuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or illegal activity.
Monitoring may include account data, identity, IP, device, approximate geolocation, transaction history, behavior, and risk signals.
